She began her professional career in Broadcast Journalism over 18 years ago. She is also a Mum to 4 young children.

She has a BA (Hons) English Language with Media and Cultural Studies degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Television Journalism.

Worked towards 1245 and 1745 programmes - often filing reports on location. Presented news bulletins. Also filed reports across the BBC when required - Asian Network and 5live. Produced online content alongside radio reports.
